Chain Block CK Type includes all the preferentials, which are expected by the user: qaulity, safety and performance at a favourable price.
Lightweight steel construction.
Very low headroom allows optimal use of available space.
A fully enclosed stamped steel housing allows also outdoor use.
Needle bearing supported load sheave is designd for long wear with pockets to give uniform chain contact and avoid abrasion.
Ratchet disc with double ratchet pawls, screw and disc brake and enclosed to protect the complete brake mechanism.
Load chain is alloy steel grade 80 according to ISO 3077.
Equipped with top and bottom safety hooks that are designed to bend slowly to warn of overloads.
Every chain block is operationally tested to 150% of the rated capacity and issued an individual test certificate with serial number.
